We decided to do a Bane Costume based on the up coming Dark Knight Rises movie. Everything on this costume has been Custom made with the exception of the Mask, Our Good Friends over at Gotham City FX (Go Get One Fools)! This is not really an “in progress ” costume just a fun build we did for the premier.

We Started with a couple Tactical Vest to try to get the right look, We weathered them up and finally added a tactical belt to the OD vest to finish off the look. I also Took a couple old belts and gauntlets I had laying around to build the right hand gauntlet from the movie. I grabbed a pair of BDUs off of eBay and bleached them to the color of greyish/brownish and weathered them. I also added an old pair of knee pads and weathered them as well. I will be using a pair of Black combat boots to finish off the look. I am still waiting on my Tactical shirt to arrive. Once it does ill bleach, weather and remove the collar and we should have a good bane!

We are also sculpting a muscle chest but that is gunna take a while so until then you have a bit of a smaller bane.
